The project will work to protect all types of zoo animals, and take care of their health and nutrition, especially endangered species such as the Arabian lions, lions and other species. Intervention to care and protect animal species in the zoo is considered a risk of illness or death as a result of the severe shortage in providing health and food care due to the scarcity of financial allocations approved and the critical situation in Yemen and the reduced provision of various health and food

Challenge

The zoo in Taiz suffers greatly from the lack of cash that keeps its activity going and enables it to provide care for the animals in it by caring for it and providing its various meals according to each type of animal in the park and the continued administrative apparatus that lost their livelihood due to the war. The lack of care and protection of animal species found in the zoo is a serious matter that may cause illness or death as a result of severe shortages in providing health and food car

Long-Term Impact

The project will work to rehabilitate the zoo in a way that helps it to continue receiving its visitors whose presence depends largely on the services provided in the zoo that the project will cover, and therefore it will has a strong financial tributary that helps it to continue providing its services in the long run.
