This program provides 150 working children with basic education by including them with special trainings throughout the 10 regions of Armenia.

Challenge

Residents in remote communities of Armenia live in extreme poverty. Children from poverty stricken families often are unable to complete their basic education and must help their parents earn their living. Some of them also perform tasks requiring multitype physical strength. As a result, the normal rhythm of the beneficiaries' lives is disrupted, causing them to become illiterate, isolated from society, and prone to developing various psychological problems.

Long-Term Impact

The project will educate 150 children, allowing them to contribute to society, protect their human rights, and create a better life for themselves and their families. By having these benefits, they will be less inclined to leave their villages and will seek jobs within their communities. The project will promote the harmonious development of these rural communities.
