400 at-risk children gather in this building and the makeshift roof doesn't keep the rain out and it turns into a mud puddle for three months. Community meetings happen there too. won't please help put a proper roof on the building to keep them dry?

Challenge

Several years ago, on a great leap of faith, the Community Center Multi-purpose Building was started. The walls are up. Then the rains came, as they do every year and it got impossible to use. The next best thing was to cobble something together to try to keep the rain out. That hasn't really worked. To be able to properly use the building, no matter what the weather is, we desperately need a roof.

Long-Term Impact

We are educating at-risk children who will be the future leaders of our country. Lifting them out of abject poverty into a milieu where they can advance and make a difference in Africa for the better.
