Provide assistance to the victimized people and prisoner with a conducive environment in the society for developing their confidence, mutual trust and harmony to get through their social status and behavior to overcome their problems. Challenge
PAM's vision is the creation of a fair and equitable society in which the indigent and socially deprived people especially the prisoners and their dependent women and children also are treated humanly and maintain their dignity in the community. PAM was situated in a rural community but because of town planning it suddenly became an urban area. so communities have very little land. It has also problem of water.
Long-Term Impact
It undertakes community development programs through poverty alleviation and non-formal education in an effort to check crimes and thereby enhancing livelihood of indigent rural people in Nepal. People will have organic vegetables, fruits, chickens, etc. From PAM provided training people also have knowledge and skills of gardening and chicken raising with technologies
