This is a capital project that will enable us attain our vision: To be the premier resource centre for developing dynamic, innovative and principled leaders who will drive Africa's realization of its full potential. LEAP Institute will be a high-tech environment with top-notch training programmes on topical themes such as leadership, ethics, entrepreneurship and social development to enhance the leadership and management capacities of young people, trainers, educators and other professionals.

Challenge

By 2030, 1.3 billion of the world population would be living in Africa and the number of youth would have increased by 42%. Youth can be a positive force for development when provided with the knowledge and opportunities they need to thrive. - UN Youth Population Fact 2016 Report

Long-Term Impact

By 2025, LEAP expects to have impacted about 10 million Nigerians directly and gained momentum in building ethical leaders and businesses to drive Africa's realization of its full potential.
