This campaign aims to provide urgent winter aid for the displaced needy families in Northern Syria. The aid will include emergency winter kits of winter wool clothes, boots, blankets, heaters, and coal. The initial goal of $30,000 will help 100 needy families in NW Syria.
Challenge
Syria has been suffering 11 years of conflict which had a very heavy toll on its people. 90% of the population in Syria lives below the poverty line. The 2022-2023 winter season is anticipated to be one of the harshest in Syria. According to the UNHCR, 3.2 million are in urgent need of winter assistance in Syria. Long-Term Impact
The project can potentially save dozens of lives, including children who dream of a bright future and help others. Each kid we save today can in their turn save a child tomorrow! Benevolence is a chain that expands from one person to another since humanity began. So, let's be a part of it!
