This project aims to help around 300 children with disabilities to access inclusive education because all of these children have severe disabilities and their education was impossible due to lack of appropriate support and families' poverty. This project will address their problems by building an inclusive school with an accessible environment and materials with professional teachers and healthcare. Children will be supported to access habilitation and rehabilitation to meet primary needs.

Challenge

Children with disabilities in the area where this project will be implemented are exposed to rejection, neglect, and lack of access to medical care, education, and social inclusion. Their families see them as a burden because they always need someone to take care of them, they are not active in household chores, they need regular medical services and inclusive education. The families of these children are very poor and unable to meet their basic needs.

Long-Term Impact

This will solve the issues of special educational needs and medical treatment for children with disabilities in the area. The community will have an available inclusive school for children with disabilities and those without disabilities. This center will welcome other children from the entire country who may need services provided by it. This will promote the rights of children with disabilities to access their basic rights.
