We are partnering with the trailblazing organization of MamaBaby Haiti to build a solar-powered water filtration system at the new MamaBaby Clinic in Cap Haitien! Your contribution will help provide thousands of gallons of life-giving water to hundreds of Mamas, Babies, and everyone in-between for years to come.
Challenge
In a country of 11 million people, roughly 1/4 of Haitians lack access to an improved water source. Meanwhile, 63% of women in Haiti deliver children at home without a skilled birth attendant. Additionally, 1 of every 39 newborns will not see their 2nd month of life without prenatal or pediatric care. The need is clear, and we're here to provide real solutions that will last. That's why we're partnering with such a stellar organization and the Cap Haitien community - to give life!
Long-Term Impact
This project focuses on what's important to all of us: creating and sustaining vibrant life. By combining our expertise in clean water access with MamaBaby Haiti's enduring commitment to maternal and newborn health, we're providing a no-hassle solution to two of life's greatest problems. This WaterHouse is a long-term investment in the Cap Haitien community - allowing mothers, newborns, and families of all backgrounds to alleviate anxiety over life's most precious resource - nourishing water.
