We are looking to raise funds to focus on the girls in our NPO who are embracing technology at an early age. We have children from age 2-18 in our focus. Specifically girls as young as 9 are doing software certification training and those who have graduated from the program continue to participate from college. We would like to train girls as young as possible to give them a chance in a very male oriented sector while it should be open to all.

Challenge

As of 2018, women held only 25% of all the jobs in the tech industry, despite women making up almost half of the total workforce. What's worse, this number is lower than the percentage of tech jobs held by women back in the 1980s.

Long-Term Impact

The long term impact is not only important for their education in the 21st century but also their job opportunities as we see the future rushing at us in a Tech based, AI and IOT platform. The introduction of 5G and then 6G will open doors that all women can apply for with a young start of the technology training.
