Human Resources Development is the central and integral component of our work. Our 22 training centers located in 11 countries including Japan have facilities for agriculture, livestock, and food processing. Our 4 training centers in Japan located in Aichi, Kagawa, Osaka, and Fukuoka have empowered more than 5,000 youths, mostly from developing countries since 1967. Most of our graduates are engaged in community development projects worldwide to improve the quality of life of the people.

Challenge

Within our means, we wanted to invite as many youths as possible. However, since corona pandemic, logistics wise, prices of training materials, equipment and airfare tickets to Japan has almost doubled. We hope that the money raised through this platform will enable us to invite trainees to Japan and will help us to buy the necessary training related materials.

Long-Term Impact

Our mission is to contribute to humanity`s environmentally sustainable development through a holistic approach emphasizing the interconnectedness of agriculture, ecological integrity, and human spirit. We realize this mission by youth empowerment through agriculture and home economics training. Focusing on leadership development, building capacities and knowledge; most of our graduates are directly or indirectly involved in our endeavor and are playing crucial roles in transforming the society.
