COVID-19 has left daily wage workers starving. With no income whatsoever, they have no ability to feed families & are entirely dependent on food referred to locally as "rations" simply not to starve to death. Government-organized food rations are sadly being looted. DGF - Educate a Girl has key members on the ground working for this cause, despite the dangers, and this project fundraises for Heritage Foundation, The Garage School, SmileSunshine & HunarmaadKarachi.

Challenge

Daily wage workers with no income are starving during lockdown in Pakistan. One father shot his 2 year old son who was crying non-stop for hunger. Help is needed!

Long-Term Impact

Alleviating starvation and death. Hunger will soon lead to riots on the streets and safety risks. The population of 221 million does not have health facilities enough to cope when COVID-19 hits its peak. The lockdown however is leading to a meltdown in the economy and the starvation of daily wage earners and those losing their jobs. Lives will be saved by your donation. Peace will be kept by your donation. Pakistan will survive COVID-19 because of your donation. Thank you!
