Established in 2005, our flagship program provides vocational training in the digital sector to underprivileged youth. We presently operate in Cambodia, Philippines, and Vietnam and most recently in Madagascar. Passerelles numeriques (PN) offers a IT training program at our center, for the most vulnerable and marginalized youth. Our mission is to truly develop our students' employability which will allow them and their families to escape poverty in a sustainable way.

Challenge

PN's mission is to unlock the potential of underprivileged youth by empowering them with innovative education in key digital and soft employability skills. We endeavor to truly develop their employability, allowing them and their families to escape poverty in a sustainable way and to contribute to the social and economic development of their communities and countries.

Long-Term Impact

For the last 17 years, PN has produced 2,500 graduates with over 12,000 people lifted out of poverty. 89% of our beneficiaries come from rural areas. On average, more than 92% of our alumni find a job within two months after graduation. Over 93% of our alumni work in the digital industry and support their families sharing 30% of their salaries with them. Presently, PN counts 456 students.
