We need your urgent help! Please support Kono Gnaga's mission to uphold the rich cultural arts traditions for the next generation of Mali and our promise to the children and families who have come to rely on the annual festival for a sense of HOPE, CONNECTION and JOY! We are in Critical Need of $5000 to fully fund the 5th annual community school dance and drum festival serving local artists, 3 schools, 80+ children and 300+ members across three communities.

Challenge

We are in Critical Need of $5000 to fully fund the 5th annual community school dance and drum festival serving local artists, 3 schools, 80+ children and 300+ members of the communities served.

Long-Term Impact

The festival brings together 3 communities and 3 schools from different parts of Bamako. Attended by over 300 people, it promotes social cohesion, through a celebration of culture and traditions and the beautiful diversity in Mali. This is extremely important given the current context of continued conflict. Your support will help us continue with this work.
