In recent days hundreds were wounded and killed in Gaza after heavy bombings; among these at least 15 children. These are just the most recent victims of a war that has been going on for too long now. Pro Terra Sancta Association has been committed to peace building in the Holy Land for years with social projects in support of the community in Gaza. Due to the recent events many are in danger now and need our support!
Challenge
Years of social and political tensions in the area, unsolved disputes, racial discrimination and the recent crisis due to Covid-19 are some of the main aspects that led to the outbreak of violence in the Holy Land, and in consequent bombing to and from the Gaza Strip. Thousands of civilians were wounded and hundreds were killed; among these many are children. There is a great need of assistance in Gaza, but also there is a great need of peace building long term activities.
Long-Term Impact
The aim of all our cultural and educational activities is to educate the young generations in Israel and in the West Bank to cohexistence and dialogue, in peace and unity.
