To address this issue, some possible solutions are:
- Strengthening the implementation and enforcement of laws and policies that prohibit child labour and protect children's rights, such as the Child Labour (Prohibition and Regulation) Act, 1986; the Juvenile Justice (Care and Protection of Children) Act, 2015; the National Policy for Children, 2013; and the Rajasthan State Child Policy, 2008. - Enhancing access to quality education for all children, especially those from marginalized communities such as Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes, minorities and migrants. This includes providing adequate infrastructure, teachers, curriculum, scholarships, mid-day meals and other incentives to ensure retention and completion of education. - Creating awareness among parents, employers, civil society organizations and general public about the harmful effects of child labour on children's health, development and future prospects. This includes sensitizing them about their legal obligations and responsibilities towards children's welfare. - Providing comprehensive rehabilitation services for rescued child labourers such as shelter homes, counselling centres medical care legal aid vocational training life skills education etc. This also involves ensuring their proper identification registration documentation follow-up etc - Promoting alternative livelihood opportunities for poor families that depend on child labour for income generation. This includes providing them with skill development microfinance social security schemes etc - Coordinating among various stakeholders such as government agencies NGOs media judiciary police etc to prevent rescue rehabilitate reintegrate monitor report child labour cases effectively efficiently transparently accountably
