Children affected/infected by AIDS have a difficult time attending school due to the fees due. Uniforms and supplies are needed, too. You can make a huge difference by paying for a year of school.
Challenge
Children who have been orphaned or who are living with sick parents are in a difficult position when it comes to paying for school fees. In countries where school is supposedly free, children still must pay for uniforms, fees, food, school supplies and other items. With sick parents or no parent at all, these kids simply cannot fulfill these requirements, leaving them with no chance to attend school. This, in turn, sets them up for a difficult life, with no education.
Long-Term Impact
75 children will be able to attend school for one year - 28 in secondary school and the rest in primary school. If the children can graduate from school through the generosity of many, they will have the chance of rising out of poverty through work.
