Disaster Aid USA Domestic Response teams are working Eastern KY in several locations as the need changes. Helping homeowners with debris removal, chains saw teams, Muck and Gutting of houses and bringing in vital supplies. We will be rotating trained teams in and Utilizing local and out of area day volunteers. Our teams arrive with DAUSA response trailer loaded with disaster equipment and supplies. A logistic train of need supplies is established and maintained also.


Challenge

Severe flooding and destruction of homes and Infrastructure.

Long-Term Impact

Survivors are able to move back into their homes quicker with the help of our teams and supplies are expediated to the areas. Many family have no flood insurance and will not be able to afford the work on a private basis. Emergency living supplies will stabilize the families during this crisis so they can concentrate on rebuilding quicker.
