This project is providing critical healthcare to the most vulnerable population of children, pregnant women and orphans in Venezuela! Children are suffering from severe malnutrition and sickness resulting from insufficient food and contaminated drinking water. The SAI medical team is providing critical life saving medical diagnosis and treatment for a scope of illnesses at no cost! SAI is enabling children to live happy and healthy lives. Help us in our mission to save lives!

Challenge

In Venezuela, the national healthcare system has failed! Most of the doctors and nurses have left the country due to political unrest and skyrocketing inflation. Hospitals are dilapidated and run down with frequent power outages, contaminated drinking water and unsanitary conditions. Sick children, orphans, expectant mothers, infants, and seniors are receiving deficient medical care and are suffering from malnutrition resulting in life threatening conditions and possible death.

Long-Term Impact

SAI is providing life saving, continual medical care for infants, children, orphans, expectant mothers, and seniors! We are providing free medical care to sick impoverished patients, preventative care, diagnostic care and medication. We will be expanding number of patients seen and increasing number of services provided to patients. SAI is saving lives through early diagnosis and treatment. SAI is impacting the health of this generation and future generations to come in Venezuela.
