Our children's hospital in Jinja, Uganda has treated over 40000 children since we opened 4 years ago. We don't know any other charity that saves more lives for a given donation, and the hospital has such a good reputation that patients can travel for hours to see us. We're looking for more kind friends like you to help keep it running by making a regular monthly donation.
Challenge
Whisper's hospital provides high quality medical care to around 1000 Ugandan children each month, and we save a lot of lives. We couldn't survive without our regular monthly donors; if you are already one of those people, THANK YOU. Foundations and governments won't usually fund running costs, so we rely on people like you. Right now we're looking to raise an additional 5000 pounds ($6500) per month in regular monthly donations to avoid cutting services.
Long-Term Impact
Longer term we want to arrange formal impact assessments that we think will make a compelling case for funding hospitals like Whisper's. At least until then, we really need your help. If you just give to one charity, make that charity Whisper! If you can't give at the moment, but you still want to help, anything you can do to share our campaign, for example on social media, will help us. Thank you for reading.
