Share NGO is struggling with lack of funding to provide good medical services in the rural community due to lack of basic equipment, The majority of Uganda's population lives in very poor, rural settings with no proper health infrastructure and medical staffing, nor agencies with the ability to donate or fund health care for emergencies to save a life. We are appealing for funds to help improve our community health care support for the disadvantaged or volunteers are welcom to work on site.

Challenge

It has been over a year since Covid-19 forced the world to shut down. Currently, news o?f Ebola outbreak has caused panic among the rural poor. Uganda is now a severely damaged economy. Our medical center lacks medical equipment's and funds to use in times of emergency. Eg. Rural health facilities have highest rates of premature death for many years, lagging far behind. overall rates of premature death are worsening in Rural health facilities.

Long-Term Impact

Think broadly about the factors that influence health. 1. Assess needs and resources 2. Focus on what's most important 3. Choose the right policies and programs for your community Considering the upstream factors that lead to longer, healthier lives can help identify root causes of our community's challenges. These upstream drivers include education and income and the many other factors. Preparing and strengthening the local workforce, and Improving access to high quality health care
