After months and years of cruelty and neglect, a lucky dozen have been chosen to fly to the US this December for a chance to live in a warm home this holiday season. Some have been living at the shelter for over 3 years. Each one is an abuse victim, but most importantly they are SURVIVORS. They deserve a better life., and this flight is the key to their happiness. PLEASE help them ring in the New Year in a loving home for once.
Challenge
Time is of the essence for Royal - his test results show that he is heartworm positive. There is no treatment in Azerbaijan. His life depends on this flight. Peter is blind. Buffy and Rosy are paralyzed from being run over by a vehicle. Gabby is elderly. Cooper's front legs are deformed from starvation while he was a stray. Biggy has been living at the shelter for over three years. Each one has a backstory. No one will adopt them in Azerbaijan. The culture views them as damaged goods.
Long-Term Impact
These are abuse victims who have been let down people this flight will make everything right. They all deserve happiness. These twelve can finally escape and never have to look back again.
