You could bring the Christmas Cheer to an orphan care team who has endured some serious challenges through the last few years. Despite this, diligently maintaining consistent quality care to the ones who call them "mama" in our home. Every Christmas is a struggle to make sure we are able to honour our AMAZING and hardworking team for the love and loyalty they share with the children of our TLC family, with an early salary before Christmas. This year, with your help, we hope to change that!
Challenge
Every Christmas is a struggle to ensure we are able to honour our AMAZING and hardworking team for the love and loyalty they share with the children of our TLC family, with an early salary before Christmas. This year, with your help, we hope to change that! We often tell our supporters that nappies (diapers) and formula can't love a child. Sadly, many donors are nervous of this imperative cost of supporting the community that makes up our TLC family. A Loved team has Love to offer our babies!
Long-Term Impact
Retaining our staff compliment and developing a strong, loving community in our TLC family is of vital importance to building a strong, safe and secure foundation for our babies. Sadly, working on limited and strained non-profit budget means that we are not able to offer competitive salaries but through your help in providing a little bit of a Christmas Cheer perk through the small gift of an early salary goes a really long way in helping our staff remind them that we value them.
