Most deserving poor youth & young women will be selected to start income generation and entrepreneur skills in YOUNG WOMEN residing in slum areas and belongs to poor families through Skill & Entrepreneur training center for 300 young women ages between 14 to 24 years at the initial stage within a year time frame.
Challenge
The Young Women, school drop outs or married in early age from poor families residing in slum areas are illiterate, poor and vulnerable. They resort to laborer work in nearby factories where they find low salaries and face difficult situations. Young women are not financially stable. Most of the families women facing food insecurity and do not have financial resources to meet their personnel needs & nutrition. AHD will support ayoung women to start their own business & skill entrepreneurship.
Long-Term Impact
About 100 women will be given sewing machines for income generation, 100 provide entrepreneur skills and further 100 with sewing & embroidery skill as per their need will be provided to them. In additional women will be trained to start their personnel business for income generation purposes.
