Eswatini has the 3rd highest youth unemployment on the planet (1 in 2 youth are without work). The economic crisis resulting from COVID has worsened the situation and riots erupted there in July 2021. Entrepreneurship & quick employment is the only hope for this desperate situation. We help youth start enterprises & get business tr. Your donation will support entrepreneurship awareness & training, micro-loans & business mentoring for 1000 youth in Eswatini.

Challenge

In Eswatini half the population is under the age of 21 & 60% of people live in poverty. After centuries of peace, civil unrest erupted there in July 2021. Youth unemployment is a giant problem that urgently needs to be addressed. The economic crisis resulting from COVID has worsened the situation. There are good opportunities here for small & medium enterprise. Entrepreneurship among youth offers hope in this desperate situation. Business awareness.

Long-Term Impact

The long term impact should be sustainably improved youth employment, greater peace and political stability and improved economic prosperity. Greater gender equality should also be a result.
