Mukasa Dennis was the first child to receive support from the Cosma. Orphaned in 1999, he was living alone in his parents' house at the age of six after the death of his parents. Masaka region has over 10000 cases similar to Denis's Condition, Since it is one of the districts that first caught HIV in Uganda and over 5000 children are affected with absolute poverty in their families. As a results most of the children don't attend any school and are involved in child labor.
