This project provides essential items to poor and marginalised families who are losing their essentials on account of the lockdown

Challenge

In the area we work, purchasing power of families has been affected by Coronavirus because of lockdown. Many people who depend on daily wages are losing income as they cannot go to work. A large share of the workforce is in the unorganized sector like the daily wagers, the construction labourers, farmers, auto drivers et cetera. These people do not have the means to survive except for their daily wages. Most of them will exhaust their monthly supplies and are staring at an uncertain future.

Long-Term Impact

This project will help many poor families from starvation, making sure their health and well-being are not compromised
