|Description=This project arises as an alternative to guarantee access to education for 500 boys and girls children of single mothers, who due to their condition of poverty and vulnerability do not have the capacity to buy school supplies, shoes and uniforms, thus limiting the children's right to education, being this a universal basic right.  In addition, comprehensive training processes will be promoted, as well as the promotion and strengthening of economic initiatives led by single mothers.

=Challenge=
In Honduras there are an estimated 2.1 million households, of which at least 33% are headed by single mothers who, in the absence of a father figure, in addition to raising and caring for their children have had to assume the responsibility of looking after their livelihood. As a consequence of this problem, there is a high school dropout rate, low grades, and the few who manage to finish their primary education face great limitations to continue to the next academic level.

=Long-Term Impact=
Educated children with greater opportunities in the labor market, less violence and greater citizen security. Single mothers have achieved economic empowerment and actively participate in decision-making in the development of their communities.   Improved family income to cover their basic needs and live with dignity.
