What happens when you help create 10, 20, or 30 work-from-home opportunities for female musicians who are mothers/caretakers? Or enable a teen girl in need to attend music camps? Or spread awareness about the enormous career challenges women in the music industry face because of their age, appearance, familial status, or orientation? Watch this video to see how rising stars like young Izzy Jane benefit from Herizon Music's programs & join our vision of merit-based success for women in music!

Challenge

The problem: Women are getting shut out of the music industry at a time when their voices are needed more than ever. The pandemic made things disproportionately worse, as women are forced to hang up their careers to stay home and care for children and elderly parents while music venues shuttered. Now, 25% of industry workers don't know where their next paycheck comes from. Watch Izzy Jane's short video to see how even our teen creatives are affected by these difficult times.

Long-Term Impact

By supporting these programs, you prepare women for music industry leadership roles, introduce career-building skills, squash imposter syndrome, and promote self-worth. Most importantly, we're connecting women to paying gigs so they can put food on the table NOW so they and their families can survive a dark music industry. Together, we can build gender equity in the music business and create music that represents the ideas, feelings, and values of 50% of the world's population!
