In Syria today, over 1.75 million children are out of school, and many schools have destroyed. Girls are disproportionally affected. NuDay is countering this with our Future Generation Initiative (FGI), which prioritizes education and livelihood trainings for young women. Through your support, the initiative ensures that girls are able to build their futures - as they want it! Support Girl (Em)Power(Ment)!

Challenge

In Syria today, one in three schools is out of service, and approximately 1.75 million children are not in school. The movement of people inside the country also poses an issue, as the few schools have reached capacity. Many cases, these schools are located in specific areas where schools are conglomerated, meaning those in hard-to-reach areas are left behind. Girls are disproportionally impacted, and without future opportunities, are forced to cope through younger marriage.

Long-Term Impact

a generation of independent, socially responsible, and self-reliant adults begin with nursing women's resilience and willpower - we are doing just that.
